Booking & Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our clinic booking policy is FIRM. It is clearly set out in your email confirmation and verbally by staff on the phone at the time of booking.

At Martina Dental +Aesthetics, we prioritize the care of our patients. To maintain our commitment to exceptional service and effective scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation policy (effective July 2024):

1. Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. If the scheduled date and/or time are no longer suitable, please contact us promptly at the clinic on 02 9688 7898 to arrange an alternative appointment time.

2. Late Cancellation Fee: Failure to inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling's within the 48-hour notice period will result in a cancellation fee of $250. 

3. Communication Channels: If you are unable to reach us via phone, please leave a detailed voicemail message or send an email to drmartinalavery@gmail.com to notify us of any changes to your appointment.

4. Exceptions: While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, exceptions to this policy will be granted at the discretion of Martina Dental plus Aesthetics management.

5. Repeated Violations: Patients demonstrating a pattern of repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to pre-payment for future appointments or potential dismissal from our practice.
